First-time purchases of a paid ViralHookAnalyzer subscription are eligible for a full refund when the request is made within 7 calendar days of the initial payment. The guarantee applies once per customer and does not renew with later billing periods.

Renewals and cancellations

Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable. You may cancel at any time from your account billing portal. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges while access normally continues until the end of the already-paid billing period.

How to request a refund

Email contact@viralhookanalyzer.com with the subject Refund Request. Include the email address used for your ViralHookAnalyzer account and enough purchase information for us to locate the transaction. Do not email full card or bank-account details.

We will review the request and may ask you to verify account ownership. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Processing time after approval depends on the payment provider and your bank.

Exceptions and legal rights

We may refuse duplicate, abusive, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible requests. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law. If a payment was duplicated, unauthorized, or caused by a technical error, contact us promptly so we can investigate.
