By using ViralHookAnalyzer (the Service), you agree to these terms. We have kept them short, plain, and honest. If anything is unclear, ask us.

Using the platform

The Service offers a limited free experience and optional paid subscription plans. Some public tools and preview analyses may be available without payment, while account, usage-limit, creator-intelligence, and full-report features may require sign-in or a paid plan. You agree to use the platform for lawful, creator-related purposes only and not to interfere with how it works for other people.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance at the price and billing interval shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel through the billing portal to prevent the next renewal; access normally continues through the end of the paid billing period. Payments, taxes, invoices, refunds, and subscription administration may be processed by our merchant-of-record payment provider.

Refunds

First-time paid subscription purchases are covered by our 7-day money-back guarantee, subject to the eligibility and request rules in our Refund policy. Renewal payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or expressly stated in that policy.

Fair usage and rate limits

To keep the platform reliable and control processing costs, we apply plan-based usage limits and protective rate limits to AI requests. To protect the service from abuse, we may automatically block:

• Automated scraping or bulk crawling of the platform.
• Attempts to bypass rate limits, captchas, or other protective layers.
• Resale or redistribution of AI outputs as a competing product.
• Use of the Service to disrupt, attack, or reverse engineer it.

Limits and included features are described on the pricing page and may change as the Service evolves. We will not reduce an already-paid billing period's core entitlement without a reasonable operational or security reason.

Restricted content

ViralHookAnalyzer is built to be advertiser-safe and creator-safe. The platform may refuse, restrict, or block submissions involving adult, explicit, illegal, abusive, or hateful content, as well as graphic violence or extremist material. We reserve the right to refuse any submission that violates platform safety guidelines.

AI outputs

Outputs are generated by AI models. They can be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Treat them as strategic guidance, not as guarantees. Always review before publishing or making decisions based on them.

Your content

You keep ownership of anything you submit. By submitting a URL or text, you grant us a non-exclusive license to process it solely to deliver the analysis back to you and to operate the Service. We do not use your submissions to train external models.

Third-party content

Analyzing a public video does not transfer ownership of that video. Trademarks, videos, thumbnails, and platforms remain the property of their respective owners.

No warranty

The Service is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee viral performance, revenue, or audience growth.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the last updated date above. Continued use means you accept the latest version.
