The Shorts metric analogous to long-form CTR: the percent of feed impressions that produce a deliberate watch.

Shorts and TikTok don't expose CTR the same way long-form does. The equivalent metric is the proportion of feed impressions that produce at least one full loop or a 3s+ retained view.
